Metrology Laboratory

It allows our specialized team to measure the polymers and develop our own setting techniques and to cut the pieces in a way so we can precise the dimensions of the internal details of the product.

The laboratory is structured with hybrid technology equipment, which gives essential support to the development process of our Engineering team and presents the necessary data for the MSA studies and for technical support.

Technical and statistics studies are carried out regularly to verify any possible error in any measurement method developed by Techseal.

The dimensions and calibration of the equipment are also carried out following the compatible procedures of the Brazilian laboratories awarded with ISO IEC 17.025.
