Tooling

Our Tool Room is well-equipped with machining centers, electro-erosion, CAD and CAM softwares and lots of other conventional manufacturing equipment. Its main goal is to be an internal development center of technology and to be aligned with the Engineering Department to develop prototypes and tools, which seek the full optimization of production process, reducing loss and steps. It also is responsible for management, maintenance and preservation of all our own the tool collection.

The department also has a wide warehouse that keeps in a very organized way all of our tools. In this sector, the molds are submitted to cleaning by ultrasound. This procedure assures deep and efficient cleaning, even in geometrical and more complex tools.
